We’ve been working with this amazing gal for nearly a year now and we are proud to announce Roula Al-hakim from H2O Plumbing in Sydney, Australia as our CSR of the week!  Roula is a motivational team leader and eager to continually learn and improve. She has an energetic “let’s do this” personality, and has quickly developed a knack for being empathetic with her customers. It would be safe to say she is the ‘Mother Hen’ among her peers at H2O, carrying an inspiring aura about her. Nice work Roula!

Billy Friedrich with Plumb Level in Brenham, Texas is PSP’s WOW CSR of the week!!! Besides the naturally genuine tone of Billy’s voice – much like you’ve called the ‘handyman relative’ in your family – Billy does an outstanding job immediately acknowledging, sympathizing, and engaging in the problem voiced by the customer. He then follows this up by demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency to get the situation resolved. Might it also be noted that Billy has only been training since March 19th of this year, with excellent progress so far! Hats off to Mr. Billy Friedrich and keep up the awesome work!

How do you wrap up a phone call?  Do you say “Have a nice day!” or “It was a pleasure speaking with you today.”   There are several different ways to make a customer feel valued at the end of a business juncture, but none of them work as well as a simple “Thank you”.

Thank you suggestions several things such as; that you acknowledge the person or customer.  You took notice of the contribution that they made to your business, your day or your life.  A simple “Thank you” demonstrates true appreciation for the role and impact that the customer had in your business.

Despite how the phone call went by adding those two tiny little words it can end the call in a bright and positive note.  This is not only the way to do business, especially when dealing with customers, but is also the best way to treat people on a daily basis.
